Me and my brother are always fighting over the Internet and who gets the most bandwidth. I don't know how but he always wins-His download speeds are faster than mine. So, is there any software that I could download that would literally split the Internet and our bandwidth? E.g. We're on 4MB/s-So is there anyway that I could do it so we get 2MB/s each?
