Email problem

I have recently gone over from NTL to Tiscali broadband and my partners email address which is @.yahoo.co.uk. has not been changed. It does not seem to work propaly all the time, cant send, sometimes it is Ok other times just says it can't connect to server, is this something to do with the Tiscali or something else...bit stumped really. Any suggestions most welcome. Thanks in advance.

It wouldn't make any difference to the Yahoo account that you've changed ISP's as these online accounts can be accessed from any computer!

If it says the server's down, could it be from Tiscali or are you already connected to the internet when you attempt it?

yes already connected to internet when it does this.
I have a Yahoo account as well and sometimes I have problems but I always put this down to the Talk Talk broadband I have as it can be temperamental!!

Don't know what else to suggest other than to find out from Tiscali if you broadband's running as it should be and there's no problems with the line which may solve the issue.
