constant virus

Keep geting messages saying i have a threat detected on AVG free that cannot be healed,keep moving to vault then getting another!What do i do please help.

hi thanks for that ill try,just found out that when i exit AVG the virus turns into a pop up message.EXE that says i have 55 critical system errors!!!! whats that about?

I also had the same thing happen to me with avg free a few months ago it could not remove 3 viruses I eventually went to the microsoft web site and for the life of me I cant remember what i downloaded from there to fix these viruses but it worked, so if you go to the microsoft web site and have a look around I am sure that you will find it eventually.

hI again have just read what you have said about the screen says about having 55 critical errors am not entirely sure but that sounds as though you have some sort of spyware on your system. Do you have any spyware protection on your computer if not I use spybot search and destroy which is also a free download and reccomended by computeractive magazine as avg was as well, I run it every week and it always picks up a lot of spyware on my computer and gets rid of it and of course the obvious questions i take it you have a firewall and you regulary update avg etc. Let us know on this thread if you have any joy with these.
