not very pc

hi guys computers are new to me,this is a laptop running windows xp and dont know how to transfer cds to my mp3 player anyone give me easy to follow instructions.

Firstly, have you ripped your cds to your hard drive?

If not, open Windows Media Player and put your cd in the laptop.
It should start automatically.

Click the little arrow on the RIP button and click 'format' - choose mp3. Now Click the RIP button and the cd will be copied to your library.

When you have ripped all the cds you want to, plug your mp3 player into the pc - usually by USB port.

Click BURN - and drag the titles you want into the right hand list.
