task bar

Ive got windows xp. recently when i leave my pc for a while and let it go to screen saver the taskbar will vanish and i cant get it back. any ideas thanks.

Try pressing F11

If it is there when you start right click on it and put a tick in "Lock the Taskbar"
Then Right Click on the Desktop , then properties, then screen saver and turn it off. It is not necessary on modern displays.
