Can anyone help me out, I got a new computer a few days ago and every time I switch it off, it says RGB no output sinal, any idea what this means?

Presumably you are turning off the computer and leaving the monitor switched on. It's just the monitor telling you that there is nothing for it to display.

This is the monitor reporting no signal. RGB stands for red green blue and refers to the video output form the computer to the monitor. Turn the monitor off as well!
