Frames around Q&A?

Since my pc prob's have been rectified & I'm now able to participate in Answerbank once again, is it my imagination, or did there used to be frames around the Q&A?

Hi Janetex, archbishop & all who remember me! Yes you do know me from a previous life! Apart from my computer prob's, my details had also been deleted from the AB site! I informed the very nice AB Editor, he looked into why, could find no reason & then re-instated me! I'm so pleased to be back as AB is a brilliant site.......
