website design...of the peg additions and options?

if i design a great 'looking' website, but i need a section for people to securely purchase things, i.e, adding paypal, adding credit card section and a shopping display section etc, but don't know how to add that myself, can i buy ready made 'shop' sections?

and also can i but ready made templates which i just input a pic of the item and a description and price and the rest of it is done for me?

does this exist?

First things first... You can get PayPal and some other such sites to automatically generate a code for you to put on your website that will let them purchase things. This being the most easy, secure and cost effective way to do it. Since you use THEIR SSL server and they process payment you don't have to ever see the users card details.

I'm pretty sure there's some "shop" type templates out there.. 1&1.co.uk have some u can bolt on to your hosting. If you google for "shopping cart web templates" you'll find billions!!

jordi's right. To have a secure shop (don't ever use an unsecure one), you need to get a certificate for the SSL stuff, which costs you a certain amount each year.
