Which is the best free anti-virus, AVG or Avast?

I think its down to personal choice, myself I have used both,and I prefer Avast (Pro) as its found everything thats thrown at it !

The two are better for different reasons. I've always used AVG and have had no problems with it, but on all accounts both should be fine.
