Making a VCD

I have a standard CDR/W drive, blank CD's and some MPEGs - Can I put these on CD to watch on my DVD player? I've heard about VCDs that do this - how do I make one? Thanks

The mpegs may need converting first, but you can do this and it's not too hard. Best to read all about it with tutorials here: http://www.dvdrhelp.com
