Another problem!!!

I am trying to open an attachment but I am getting a message (along with some computerspeak):

Cannot find this file. Please verify that the correct path and file name are given.

What is the problem?

The only thing I can see is the attachment starts Applic
and the grey bubble where I have the options

SAVE OPEN CANCEL

shows pplic. but I cannot change this

If I try to save the save is showing a corrupted layout

I hope this makes sense!!!

This is really annoying because it is a job application form.

I would say you are having the original problem in reverse.

It is is Word document that needs Word to read it, and you do not have that programme, as an example.

I recommend you install OpenOffice. This is a huge office software package that is totally free, but it is compatible with Office (Word is part of Office).
