How do you centralise the form when you load up the database and how do you load this form automatically when the database is loaded? Is it in the properties option?

In the Tools menu select Startup. Display Form/Page dropdown should allow you to select one of your forms.

In design view of the form, there is a property under Format called Auto Center which will centre the form.
