Sky TV signal

Right, paid �65 to get my digibox mended - got a new one, all ok, but tonight i am finding some channels are coming up as 'no sattelite signal is being received' - the one programme i wanted to watch i cant!

Damn it....help please anybody?

silly question but are you on a package that allows viewing of these channels ?
if yes,then get on to sky and make them earn their money !

I assume the new box has been 'paired' with the Sky smart card?

Have you tried re-booting your box? If you don't know what that is:- DIsconnect the mains plug from the box, wait a minute then while re-inserting the plug hold down the back-up button until the message comes up on your screen. A few lights will light up on your box but you wait until the screen clears and, eventually, you press the Sky button to switch and wait. I carry out this procedure every two or three weeks.
