Could someone please help.

Have tried to install my scanner 4 times.
I keep getting the following error notice.

A runtime error has occured
Do you wish to debug
Line 25
Error library not registered

Then click on 'Solve a problem' and 'Software Installation Issues' to see if you can find what you need. If not, click the 'E-mail Technical Support' link, to ask HP directly.
