Vinyl to CD

What's the best system for copying my vinyl to CD. I already have a turntable so don't want to purchase another

Actually, the special turntables you can get just seem to be standard turntables that have USB ports, and they come with Audacity sound-recording software on a CD-ROM - but you don't need the USB thing, you can just use standard audio leads and download Audacity for free from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

If you look at the Help section on that site it gives you all the instructions you need.

Most turntables can't be connected directly to a computer without a pre-amp (there is a Bush turntable that has one built in).

recommend the pro-ject but there are cheaper ones.
