I need help with RAR files

I downloaded a few RAR files but I dont know what to do with them...Winace starts to extract them but I dont know what I'm to do now...can anybody help...I dont know much about this?!?!

Download WinRar from here:

Then just right click on the RAR file you want to unpack and select Extract here.

Maybe my append is not clear.

Download WinRAR, then INSTALL it.

Then you can unpack RAR files.
