got infection trojan or virus ,came in on hotmail download,cant get rid of it ,any help much appreciated

Download Avast 4 home edition. Run it, when it finds the virus select move to chest.

Howd you make out with Avast ? I forgot to tell you, before you can run a scan, you need to select a scan area by clicking the icon on the right side right above the CD. then click the button on the left that looks like a play button.

not tried it yet wait till w/end when i got some time to let scan run ,an thanks again peanut ,i'll post an answer for ya att w/end cheers
