I wouldn't have expected it on a 98se machine as it's normally used by NT based machines. You won't have any problems running without it but if you want to put it back to get rid of the annoying error message go to www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?psapi This file simply tells the system what files to display when you open the task manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL)
