thanks for the replies. Honestly I am not sure about ram or ram managers. I was told that the computer would run smoother if I cleared ram memory more often.

The best way to clear your RAM is to shutdown and restart your PC. Unless you're running a lot of applications for a long time you shouldn't need any special software to manage it. If you get a lot of out of memory type errors buy some more RAM. Its cheap.
