whyis it when i watch a programe on freeview the lipsinc is out of time it only happenes on the itv channels.

I don't know what causes it, but I know how to solve it, as my freeview box does the same thing. If you switch channels, then switch back again, you'll get it running as normal. If it goes out of sync again, you'll be able to put it right the same way.
