mobile phone screen repair

My boyfriend had a nokia 6280 which his mate managed to crack the screen on. he was going to pay for the screen to be repaired, but before he could the phone got chewed by the family dog. anyway he said hed put the money that the repair would have cost towards the price of a new phone. so i was wondering if anyone knew how much it would have cost to repair the crack. the screen worked fine just the plastic part had a crack in. thanks in advance
