I have a 3 month old jvc lcd tv 32 inch, just this last 3-4 days the picture has started jump very quickly to the right and straight back again, it does this every quite often now and it happens when watching through sky digi box, analogue signal and the xbox360 and dvd player, so this is a tv fault right?

Any ideas?
