mobile telephone dead areas
2 Answers
Can anyone tell me how I can find out which phone company will tell you if their phoneservice will work in certain areas. There is a low lying coastal village in Cornwall where the only one that seems to work is a Vodaphone, all the others won't receive a signal until you get on higher ground.

Those maps are good general indicators but I had an o2 phone and it would not work in my house/garden at all. So I swapped to Vodaphone. I just loooked at the map and 02 say my road is OK/good coverage.
When I was looking for a new service provider I asked mates to come round with their phones and saw who was working.
