We pay about �24/25 monthly for our AOL connection but I see that AOL are charging new customers about �15 per month with a free wireless kit. Does anyone know how we can change over to the new customer rate?
We don't really want to change supplier as we want to keep our e mail address.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Phone them up and negotiate. Firstly find other ISPs with good offers so you have ammunition - you can tell them you are changing. You should get a reduction at least.
In the meantime, generate a web based email address such as gmail, which isn't dependent on ISP. Then you can change as often as you like without having to worry about your email/
