We pay about 24/25 monthly for our AOL connection but I see that AOL are charging new customers about 15 per month with a free wireless kit. Does anyone know how we can change over to the new customer rate?
We don't really want to change supplier as we want to keep our e mail address.

Phone them up and negotiate. Firstly find other ISPs with good offers so you have ammunition - you can tell them you are changing. You should get a reduction at least.

In the meantime, generate a web based email address such as gmail, which isn't dependent on ISP. Then you can change as often as you like without having to worry about your email/
