US TV in the UK

I have a US TV which I want to use in the UK. I know the internal tuner will not work, but am I able to connect my sky box to the TV? I have also a power converter so this is covered, it's just the TV signal I am stuck on.

The simple answer is no, not unless your tv can handle 625 line PAL signals.
Some UK tvs can display US 525 line NTSC pictures.
I think you should look in your tv's handbook to see if it can do PAL.
