Can I make video calls between my 3G mobile phone (SE K530 on Three) and Skype on a computer?

Almost certainly not unless you have the Skype mobile client that is being shipped with certain phone on the 3! network. The video calling on your average 3G phone is designed for 3G - 3G calling across the phone network and not the internet. Only the new Skype mobile client allows this.
