I have a Canon Pixma ip4200 printer. I went to print a 4x6 photo fron the internal stack drawer and got a message saying paper jam. I cannot see or feel a paper jam: what should I do, please?

Had the same thing on my Hp printer the other day Stewey. You're not supposed to pull any paper out from the front, to check - but rather open the back of your printer if you can. Sometimes it's just a case of a bit of dust getting into the works. Switch it off, clean round, and then try again.

Thanks, both of you. I took a closer look at my printer this morning, and yes there is a back cover: problem solved. Cheers.
