every time i load itunes into my pc and try to set it up i get a error message. PLEASE SEND ERROR TO MICROSOFT any ideas please. thank you

I don't know , but I had a similar problem and I emailed itunes: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/brow ser/
and they got straight back to me and were very helpful.
