Sending photos in email

I have been sending photos by email to friends for ages but now Hotmail is different and I dont know what to do. It was so easy before but now I write a message and click attach then "File & Photo" comes up . I use to click on "Photo" and all my photos came on screen but now a message comes up saying something wont download. HELP ME PLEASE.

use the option in my pictures. go to my pictures highlight photos to email now look down side panel and click on email this file it will open up your email plus it attaches your photos
