flash and shock players not working

hi my flash and shock players haev suddenly stopped working. i have reformated my machien then after a few days stoppped workin again.

i have only installed office 2003 and norton 2007.. but these have been on my machine for the past 6 months with no problems. i have updated all the possible windwos updates i can. it says i do not have either palyer sudenly and when i try to install it will not let me..

any ideas

Flash and Shockwave are provided by Adobe not Microsoft so instaling Windows updates will not help.

Go to this page here and it will test if Flash and Shockwave are installed, and if not it will instal them.
