Unattended timer - Sky?

With a standard Sky set up (ie not Sky+), is it possible to get the thing to change channel automatically? For example, if I want to record programmes on two different channels while I'm out, can I do this? Or do I need physically to change channel, so choose which one I want to record?

You need to turn on Autoview for the programmes you have selected within the Personal Planner...

and keep your fingers crossed .... my autoview started "sticking" .... (I'm guessing due to an "upgrade".
unless someone OKed the message it just sat there on the old chanel.
