where can i buy cheap phone top ups for my pay as you go mobile phone?

I'm not an expert, but I can't think of any reason for which a company would ever feel the need to sell phone top-ups for less than their face value.

Which is why I'm dubious about this, and don't really understand what it's offering anyway.

I would have thought that �10 top-up = �10 of calls, and so the consumer would always have to/be prepared to pay the full amount.

Depends what network you have. many networks have offers. I think tesco have a 20 pounds top up for 15 pounds at the moment (not sure) but i don't use them. I buy on line 16.99 for a 20 pounds top up. They have several networks. Good service. I found them through Google search before xmas. The website is at:
