Cannot get my preshape flower to show up on layer

i am working with paint shop pro 11 version and i cannot get my preshape tool (flower) to show up. Any ideas pls, the restangular, eclipse etc all work. any ideas pls

take it you mean picture tube?

what size is the brush
too small is bad ... but so is very big

also the canvas size try 1000 x 1000px
