My Tool / Task Bar (The one with `Start`) has somehow gone to the top of my screen. How can I get it back to the bottom please? I`ve tried left clicking on it and dragging to the bottom but to no avail. I dont like it up there, my neck aches. TIA

First,right-click and uncheck "lock the task bar"
Then left drag it to the bottom.
