Telephones - Auto Answer Machine

Is there a device that answers a phone call with a message, then starts the ringing on the normal phone (i.e. this machine plugs into the phone socket, then my existing phone plugs into it). If the caller is satisfied with the message, then they can hang up, and my phone won't ring.
