I have just gone broadband & consequently changed my e-mail address. I have gone to My Profile, deleted the old address , inserted the new one & clicked on Submit at the bottom of the page. It does'nt work. I've posted three messages to the technical department so far without a reply. I've even tried telephoning but the number is always engaged. HELP.

Browser? AB Cookies? What are they? Your talking to a 74 year old recycled teenager. Words of one syllable please!!!!
The browser is what you use to access the internet - Internet Explorer; Firefox; Safari are some examples.

Cookies are little bits of information stored on your computer from websites - they help you navigate the internet much faster. There is a lot more to cookies but that will do for now. They can be found in tools - internet options
