Powerpoint surveys

Hiya, does anybody know if it's possible to create a survey in Powepoint where the answers can be either saved or emailed?

Dont know about Powerpoint but why not kill two birds with one stone & do it in outlook. Create an e-mail to the people you want to survey, click options & select "use voting buttons" there are preset answers such as yes, no or approve, reject or you can write your own seperated by a semi colon e.g. Beer;Lager;Wine
