Tiscali Broadband
6 Answers
I am considering getting Tiscali Broadband Package 'Option 2 ' which consists of broadband, inclusive phone calls & line rental. It seems a very good deal or is it too good to be true !!!! I would appreciate any comments from anyone with the same deal.

this isp is the worst you can choose from, just go on there homepage then into forums and then broadband support , its a complete nightmare slowness disconnections caling a indian call center at 60p per min that keeps you on the phone for at least 30 mins and all they are doing is reading off a script
manealca i am on tiscali i cant get oast 2.5mb d/l on a unlimited speed and only 2 miles from the exchange i am stuck in a 1 year contract with 7 months to go , soon as the 12 months is up i`m away from them
i think "be" is 1 of the best isp in the uk look them up

I would agree that Tiscali are not great when it comes to customer service.
For customer service I think keconnect are one of the best

20quid for a 10gb limit or 25quid a month for 20gb limit, if you check the small print for a lot of the "unlimited" broadband offers they still have a limit defined by an acceptable use policy. you also get 4 static IP addresses, where most ISP's would charge you extra for 1 (though I realise that most people wouldn't even know what a static IP is let alone need one, much less four!)
How many people really download more than 20gb a month?
