There is no easy way that I know of to do this. The way I would do it is by using an audio editor and manually split the tracks. It's time consuming and not easy for a novice, but does the job. A good freeware audio editor is called Audacity. website:

Consult the documentation on how to enable MP3 exporting (you need lame_enc.dll). When you are in the program, Import the full MP3 file. Using the selection tool, select the part of the full track you want to cut out, do this by clicking and dragging along the timeline. then press File>Export selection as MP3 and save the new file. Do this for each song.
Like I said, this is time consuming and there's most likely an easier way. Also with this approach you'll probably get non-uniform track transitions, i.e. you might accidentally overlap your track selections and a second or two at the end of 1 track duplicated at the start of the other...
It's crude, but it works
