My new Nokia N95 has just arrived but the software disk is missing - can I download this off the internet does anyone know ? ('ll be ringing them to complain on Monday if not!) Thanks x

If you mean software as in Nokia PC Suite then yes available on Nokia web site for free. If you mean software for the phone then be careful. Nokia have withdrawn Vista support so when you connect your N95 to the PC it might tell you your software needs updating. If you're on XP then no problem but if you're on Vista, leave well alone.
