You could either email them to yourself if you have email configured on your phone.

Otherwise, if you have bluetooth on your phone and laptop, you should be able to send a file that way.

Failing that, your phone manufacturer may have a cable that would allow you to connect your phone directly via USB cable - read up on your manual about this as you may need some software to do this (depending on how the PC sees the phone).
