Why has iPod frozen

I've just synced a song to my iPod 8GB Nano and the display has frozen, can't do anything with it. Does anyone know what's wrong with it?

Any way I can check my Sky dish alignment ?

if u press and hold two buttons on the ipod - i think it's menu and the central button on the wheel-for 15 seconds then it resets and should work again - i found it on athe ipod help website so that should work
