problems with msn

i went to stay with my uncle a few days ago and used his laptop. i signed in on windows messenger and all was tickety boo until i recieved a phonecall 10 minutes ago saying that all of my contacts are in his messenger. i've worked out that he just keeps signing into my account by accident (i foolishly saved my password) so now i have to work out how to get my msn account off his computer and am grateful for any help anyone has. please bare in mind that i live 200 miles away from my uncle so i'm going to have to explain how to do this over the phone (��) xx thanks
note: iv just changed my password so he can't log in.

Tell him to sign out of MSN, and sign back in using his own username and password.
