I have today for the first time burned a few avi family videos to dvd, I have deleted the temp files that were left in the folders I directed them to and run a few cleanup applications but my hard drive free space has gone from 25gb to nothing, it wouldn't even finish burning the last disk as there was no space left. I have cleared 8 gb since finishing but don't know what else to do. Does anyone know what causes this and what can be done? I have never had so little space, I only formatted the drive on Sunday and cleaned it all out. Please help

It could be possible that you have a memory leak somewhere in software. This bug will fill the hard disk in minutes. Restart computer, check space left. Thing is, once the offending software is closed, memory leak is fixed. Sounds very strange.
