what devices can be used on a Windows vista computer to save documents as I know it dosnt have a floppy disk drive like the xp.

What drives does vista have.

It's not the windows version that dictates it, it's your computer/laptop and the drives it has.

Do you have a CD writer on it? You can save to CD if so.
Vista is only a operating system... it has whatever drives the computer has fitted to it.

If you have a computer without a floppy drive regardless of if it has vista or XP installed then your best bet for transferring files is a USB memory stick
