my norton anti-virus keeps saying unable to fix then access to file denied. how do i get rid of this?

Before doing anything else you should do a spyware scan with AdAware SE1.05 and also with Spybot S&D. If you don't have this already download them, making sure you immediately click on update, then run them. If neither of these get rid of it. Download HughjackThis and use to "fix" the problem (if it shows - which it should).
