I am looking for a programme that I can download and keep family's medical records i.e. Medication, visits to the doctor, appointments and treatment. Does anyone know of anything that would fit the bill? Thanks Will

I would use the calendar in Outlook.

You may want to create a workbook on excel as you can create a book for each individual and look at all the history in one go instead of checking through all entries in a calender
