You are probably best off trying to sell the rights/idea for your game to an existing manufacturer than trying to to produce it yourself. The former option entails going into Woolies, noting down a few names and mailing them. I'm assuming a description with pictures first, and a detailed description with rules and possibly a mock-up of the product if they are interested. I'm not sure how you could stop them just stealing your idea, though! The latter will take a lot of your time, money and energy; you will need to be very hard-headed and determined to get the product made and even more so to get it marketed - most national chains haven't the authority to buy items from new suppliers at branch level, so unless you are just creating the game for yourself and a few others to enjoy you will have to be able to get through to the people at the top.
