Flash player

Hmmm, i am trying to play Yoville on facebook, but it says i need flash player 9. I clicked on the link and installed flash player 10, but it still doesnt work :(
I have tried this a for a few days now, but still cant get it to work.
I cant watch any videos on you tube either :(
I think its ever since i did my microsoft updates :(

Flash has a nasty habit of doing this. Go to 'Add/Remove Programs' and remove all references to 'Adobe Flash Player'. Then download and reinstall from here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Hmmm, all i can find on my add/remove programme bit is adobe reader 7. i have no flash player installed?
Where else will it be?

Your registry appears to have been damaged by the MS updates. (No surprise there then. The chances of any Microsoft applications working properly for long are fairly remote).

Run System Restore, selecting a date before you updated. That might well fix everything. (If not, see if 'Adobe Flash Player' has reappeared in your programs list, and then follow my previous instructions).

Then, if you dare, try updating again.

Alternatively, try installing Flash Player 9, rather than 10:
