I am trying to download adobe flash player, which it says is downloaded after a few mins. But when i go to my add/remove programmes it isnt there :(
I have gone back to my adobe flash homepage but it says
"view this content, JavaScript must be enabled, and you need the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player"
What is javaScript and how do i enable it?????

Flash player is not a program on its own, it is a plug in for your browser (Internet Explorer?) so it can play flash graphics.
To uninstall it you need a special uninstall program.

Duh! wrong answer. Adobe flash player won't show up in the add/remove list as it is as above.

If you're using Internet Explorer and have not altered anything in the preferences it might pay to reset the defaults.
